Cardev offer a range of nano-filtration equipment designed to separate water from metalworking fluids and other oil-water mixes. The quality of the resultant permeate is such that it can be discharged via a foul drain (subject to water authority consent).
On a typical water based metalworking fluid, waste volumes (and therefore disposal costs) can be reduced by 85%.
We offer a standard range of disposal units (capable of treating 50,000 to 800,000 litres per annum) as well as a bespoke range of fully automatic, PLC controlled systems, capable of processing up to 2,000,000 litres per annum. Larger units can be built into insulated containers with heating and lighting to allow outdoor installation where appropriate. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
